 The Opportunity:

Processing Associates are responsible processing area of the store handling a variety of donated goods and/or on the sales floor stocking shelves and providing customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

In collaboration with the Retail & Processing Store Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Transporting items to and from the sales floor.
  • Preparing items for sale by hanging clothing, cleaning items as needed, and /or bagging items that need to be kept together.
  • Inspecting, sorting, grading and/or assigning prices to donated items.
  • Training other Goodwill team members on all aspects of the job including paperwork and documentation.
  • Assisting supervisors in specific areas as requested.
  • Documenting training progress of other team members.
  • Providing world class customer service to all Goodwill customers.

 Successful candidates will have:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Previous retail experience is preferred
  • World class customer service skills
  • The ability to work well in a team oriented environment
  • The ability to work a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • The ability to perform physical work on a continual basis
