This September Goodwill is partnering with Hardcourt House to host Art for Impact, a gallery exhibit that celebrates creativity, inclusion, and sustainability. We’re inviting Goodwill team members—especially those with disabilities or barriers to employment to submit artwork for this inspiring showcase. The exhibit will run from September 19th to October 4th at Harcourt House in Edmonton.
This is a fantastic opportunity to spotlight the unique talents of your team members while supporting Goodwill’s mission.
Opening Night will take place on September 19th at 7pm for a select number of guests.
In 1963, The Edmonton Rehabilitation Society (ERS), officially adopted the name 'Goodwill' at a Board of Directors meeting. That same year marked the opening of Alberta's very first Goodwill store. Since then, Goodwill and the ERS have significantly contributed to the community by creating training and employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment. Goodwill has grown all through out the province and the building where Goodwill was born in Alberta is now home to Harcourt House - an artist run gallery.
