Notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting

This is a notice for the Goodwill Industries of Alberta Board Members.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Society will be taking place on Friday, June 6, 2025 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m in the 1896 Dining Room at the Edmonton Country Club.

The purpose of the meeting is:

To approve the minutes from the 2024 AGM.
Receive financial statements for 2024.
Appointment of New Directors
Re-appointment of Current Directors
Appointment of Auditor for 2025 Audit
Appointment of 2025-2026 Slate of Officers and Committee Structure
Recognition of Outgoing Directors
