The summer BBQ season is once again upon us!
This year’s BBQs will take place between July 28 – August 6, with cooking/serving times from 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM at each location.

- July 28 – Varsity
- July 29 – Beacon Heights
- July 30 – CIC
- July 31 – Glenmore
- August 4 – Price Drop Shop
- August 5 – Sunridge
- August 6 – Plaza
What I’ll Provide
- Burgers, hot dogs, and a non-meat option
- Chips and drinks
Store Responsibilities
Please ensure the following are available onsite:
- 2 bags of ice
- Condiments
- Plates, napkins, and cutlery (as needed)
- Toppings (lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.)
- Any additional treats for your team (e.g., veggie tray, fruit tray, ice cream)
- Garbage can available
Set-Up
- Please have the BBQ and tent staged in your preferred location
- I will handle final setup
Team Count
Please provide a rough headcount by Wednesday, July 22, including:
- Total attendees
- Number requiring veggie options
Support & Fun
- P&C is welcome to join with games again this year
- Marketing is welcome to attend, take photos, and participate
Logistics (Stuart and Team)
- Coordinate transport of the grill and tent between locations
- I will transport and supply propane
