Career Connections

The Career Connections program supports Persons with Developmental Disabilities and people are often referred to this specialized Goodwill program through the Government of Alberta.

Through an individualized Person-Centred plan and will support job discovery, training, coaching, preparation to deliver a successful outcome. This helps support the needs of each individual with a goal of gaining independence.

Goodwill Warehouse Academy

The Goodwill Warehouse Academy is a six-month, hands-on employment training program designed for ages 18–30 in Calgary who face barriers to finding work in warehouses.

Through real-world learning, paid experience, and personalized coaching, participants gain the confidence, skills, and connections needed to launch a career in retail, logistics, or warehouse operations.

This program combines classroom learning, industry certifications, workplace experience, and wraparound supports to ensure that every participant is truly ready for employment and supported every step of the way.

Goodwill Youth @ Work

Youth@Work is a no-cost support program helping Calgary employers attract, hire, and retain resilient youth aged 18–29 who face barriers to employment.

These youth bring strength, motivation, and unique perspectives to the workplace.

Goodwill Connect

Employment program designed to help people with disabilities or barriers to employment find and build meaningful careers.

Through a 16 week person-centred approach, we meet individuals where
they are, offering customized support to help them succeed long-term.

- Community Partners
- SELF - REFERRAL
