Goodwill Connect

Employment program designed to help people with disabilities or barriers to employment find and build meaningful careers.

Through a 16 week person-centred approach, we meet individuals where
they are offering customized support to help them succeed long-term.

What is Goodwill Connect?

Goodwill Alberta Connect helps people with disabilities overcome barriers to employment through tailored support and services.

Services are customized to meet each individual’s unique needs, goals, and abilities for long-term job success.

Supports will be offered in Edmonton, Sherwood Park, St. Albert and online to ensure flexible and convenient access to employment resources.



Who is this program for?

Those who have:
- Mental
- Physical or developmental disabilities
- Multiple barriers to employment (housing, transportation, food insecurity, system navigation).

Referrals welcome from:
- Income Support
- AISH
- ADAP
- Community partners
- Self-referral.

Real Work. Real Experience.


Participants gain access to:

- Short-term job exploration opportunities
- Paid work placements (up to 12 weeks)
- Virtual reality job simulations
- Direct connections to inclusive employers

For Employers


We make inclusive hiring easier by providing:

- Job design and accommodation support
- Onboarding and retention guidance
- Access to motivated, job-ready candidates

Resource Centre

- Open to anyone for job search and career planning support
- Computers, printers, and accessible online tools available
- Available in person and virtually to accommodate all needs
- Remains open throughout program and follow-up periods
