BBQ season is here and I’ll be hosting summer BBQs across our sites in the North Region again! Information below:
Dates & Locations:
All BBQs will run from 11:30a to 1:30p.
Monday, July 21 - Westview
Tuesday, July 22 - Southpark
Wednesday, July 23 - Manning
Thursday, July 24 - Trail
Monday, July 28 - STS
Tuesday, July 29 - Whyte
Wednesday, July 30 – EIC
What’s On The Grill:
- All-beef hotdogs
- Hamburgers
- Veggie burgers
- Chips
- Buns (please let me know how many team members are gluten free)
- Beverages (pop and water)
What I’ll Need From Each Store:
Supplies:
- Condiments (ketchup, mustard, relish, etc.)
- Napkins
- Plates and cutlery
- Any extras you’d like to treat your team with (e.g., veggie tray, fruit tray, ice cream treats)
Set Up:
- Staging the tent, BBQ and garbage cans at the desired location. I will set up.
Count:
- A rough count of how many team members will be attending, how many require veggie burgers and how many require a gluten free option. Please provide me a rough count by Tuesday, July 15.
Support & Fun:
- We welcome P&C to join with games this year.
- We welcome Marketing to stop by again, take photos and join us this year.
