The North Face Fleece

Grow for Good is a Goodwill initiative that creates meaningful opportunities for people with disabilities to build hands-on work experience through furniture refurbishment. Participants are trained to restore, repair, and prepare furniture for resale, helping them develop practical skills, confidence, and workplace readiness. The refurbished pieces are then sold through Goodwill, giving new life to donated items while supporting inclusive employment and showcasing the talents of people in our community.
