Goodwill Youth @ Work

Youth@Work is a no-cost program that supports Calgary employers in attracting, hiring, and retaining resilient youth aged 18–29 who face barriers to employment. These young individuals bring motivation, adaptability, and valuable perspectives that strengthen workplaces.

What We Offer

We provide customized support designed to meet your organization’s unique needs, including:

• Inclusive hiring readiness assessments
• Tailored support plans
• Training and workshops
• Guidance on trauma-informed supervision and bias-aware interviewing
• Recruitment and hiring support
• Onboarding and retention strategies
• Connections to community partners and job-ready youth

All supports are flexible and can be delivered in a way that works best for your team, whether hands-on or more self-directed.
