Notice of Annual General Meeting.

Goodwill Industries of Alberta will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, May 29, 2026, at Fort Edmonton Park, located at 7000-143 Street Edmonton AB, within the Indigenous Peoples Experience Exhibit.

Doors open at 5:30 P.M. with the Annual General Meeting commencing at 6:00 P.M.

The purpose of the meeting is:

• To approve the minutes from the previous year's Annual General Meeting.
• Approve previous years financial statements.
• Elect officers for the upcoming year.
• Appoint auditors.
