Goodwill Industries of Alberta is teaming up with the City of Edmonton Big Bin Events this spring and summer.
Spring cleaning? Moving? Re-modelling? The City of Edmonton is making it easier to donate at their Big Bin Events. Throughout the spring and summer we will have our Goodwill trucks onsite to collect your gently-used clothing and household items.
When you donate to Goodwill, you not only support your community, but you also do good for planet earth. Donating ensures that your items aren’t thrown away in landfills, instead, they are re-sold in our stores to people who can use them.
There will be several organizations at the Big Bin Events so the City has outlined what is and isn't acceptable to donate. Check out our Smart Donating Guide to learn what can be donated to Goodwill. Our trucks will be onsite to accept your gently used clothing and housewares.
