The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Society will be taking place on Friday, June 7, 2024 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m at Johnsons Cafe in the Hotel Selkirk at Fort Edmonton Park.
The purpose of the meeting is:
To approve the minutes from the 2023 AGM.
Receive financial statements for 2023.
Appointment of New Directors
Re-appointment of Current Directors
Appointment of Auditor for 2024 Audit
Appointment of 2024-2025 Slate of Officers and Committee Structure
Recognition of Outgoing Directors
